Information We Use

The assessment form asks for contact details, property postcode and characteristics, ownership or authority status, current property use, intended timing, service requirements and an optional message. Campaign-source parameters may also be recorded so Atlantean can understand which marketing route generated the enquiry.

Do not submit identity documents, bank information, access codes, tenancy documents or guest data through the initial form.

Why We Use It

Atlantean uses the information to respond, check whether the property may fit the controlled management pilot, arrange requested discussions and manage appropriate follow-up. The intended bases are taking steps requested before a possible contract and Atlantean’s legitimate interests in handling genuine business enquiries. This form does not subscribe the sender to general marketing.

Storage, Sharing And Retention

Form notifications are sent to Atlantean’s business email workflow. The form is configured not to store submissions in the WordPress database. Information is shared only with service providers supporting the website, email and business operations where necessary, or where disclosure is legally required. Enquiry records are kept only while needed to assess, respond, manage follow-up, establish or defend legal rights, and meet applicable legal obligations; records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.

Optional advertising cookies

On the property-management and property-assessment pages, Atlantean asks whether you will allow optional cookies that help us understand which advertising brings visitors to the website and whether a property enquiry is completed. The Google advertising tag is not loaded unless you select “Accept optional cookies”. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from reading the pages or submitting a property enquiry.

If accepted, Google Ads may use advertising cookies and information about the advert interaction, device, browser and page activity to attribute a successfully sent property-assessment form to an advert. Atlantean sends a conversion event only after Contact Form 7 confirms that form 878 was successfully emailed. The event is configured without enhanced conversions and does not deliberately send the form name, email, telephone number, postcode, revenue answer or message to Google.

Personalised advertising and Google Analytics storage remain disabled in this implementation. Your choice is stored in your browser so it can be respected on later visits, and can be reopened using “Cookie settings” in the owner-page footer. Google processes measurement data under its own terms and privacy information. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your Choices And Rights

You can ask Atlantean for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where the relevant right applies, and can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Providing the required assessment fields is voluntary, but Atlantean may be unable to assess the property without them.

This notice may be updated when the owner workflow, service providers or legal requirements change.
